Our Postive Change & More Energy Training is designed as a teamtraining. It's customized to fit your needs as a team. It might be leaning more towards creating Healthy Habits or it might be leaning towards teambuilding and communication and support. Or a mixture of both.

Our LIVE and interactive team training will create positive change in challenging times within 4 weekly sessions of 90 - 120 minutes each.  

 

Each session will be live and is capped at 35 participants.

 

Our LWBP coaches and trainers have over 20 years of experience in positive teamcoaching, teambuilding, personal devellopment and physical training.
